CL-61 CV.2 is designed to be the installation most flexible 6.5" component system, with option to be installed as a full component system with the tweeter mounted at a separate location to the mid-woofer if necessary. As this set is a convertible design, the tweeter can also quick and easy be mounted on a separate mounting post at the center of the mid-woofer cone for convenient coaxial type installation. The silk dome tweeter has a swivel design which makes it easy for the installer to tilt it for perfect high frequency dispersion even if the mid-woofer driver is mounted low in a door.

The engineering design goal for CL 61CV.2: Deliver optimum HD sound quality with easy installation.


CL-6E cone is made of a light yet rigid, mixed fabric carbon coated paper. The type cone material among audiophile listeners considered the best for sound quality.
